Steps

Take Carrot & grate it.

Put Ghee in a heavy base Pan and heat it.

After heating well, put grated Carrot in the pan and cook it on mediam flame.

When Carrot half cooked, add sugar & Khova in the pan.

When Carrot fully cooked, take it out from Pan. Gajar Halwa is ready.

Put Gajar Halwa in a softy Cone & serve it. Gajar Halwa Cone is ready. (We will serve without dry Fruits since the theme of contest is 5 ingredients)
