Steps

(For veggies) Take a mixing bowl add 1/2 tbsp Olive oil, salt, blackpepper, red chilli powder mix well add toffu,capsicum,bellpepper,tomato toss well keep aside for 10 minutes.

Then grill or roast in a nonstick pan.

(For chickpeas) Take a bowl add boiled chickpeas, potato cubes,tomato,onion,cucumber,lemon juice, salt, blackpepper, green chilli chopped mix well ready

(For yogurt salad) Take a small bowl add curd, potato cubes,tomato, onion, cucumber, salt, blackpepper mix well ready.

(For brown Rice) Take a nonstickpan or pressure cooker add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, cumin seeds fry for a second add onion saute for a minute add salt, coriander powder, redchili powder add chopped coriander leaves add washed brown rice add 2 cup of water mix well cook for 3 whistle Ready.

Then platting with cucumber serve.
