In a large bowl mix the spices with the cornflakes flour and put in your liver after washing... Ensuring all pieces are coated

Leave to marinate 30min-1hr

In a hot pan, pour some oil and shallow fry the liver ensuring it cooks....

In a different pot, put some oil.. And add in the chopped onions and cook till translucent

Add in the chilli and tomato paste and stir for like 2min

Add the liver and mix and then the soy sauce....you can add some water too in case it starts to stick

Add in the chopped hoho and cook for about 3min

Add the Dhania and turn off the heat...

Serve with starch of your choice... I went for roast potatoes and avocado salad
