Fried Manchurian
Steps

Take grated cabbage and carrot and add maida, corn flour, salt and red chilli to taste and mix well.

Make small round Manchurian balls and heat oil and deep fry all balls.

In a big pan take 2tbsp vegetable oil and fry all the chopped vegetables.

Take 1 cup water and mix it with 2 tbsp Manchurian masala and pour it in pan of vegetables.

Take 2 tbsp soya sauce, vinegar, salt and red chilli sauce and mix well with vegetables and add Manchurian balls in itand mix all.

Fried Manchurian ready.
