First to cook moong take a pressure cooker.Add moong with 2 or 3 cup of water and whistle for 4 to 5.

Strain it.

Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of oil...Add cumin seeds..And ginger, garlic and saute for few sec.

Add cooked moong.And all masaala in it.

Saute and mash with spatula.For a min or 2.

Let it cool.

Make a dough and roll it And place 1 or 2 tbsp of filling in center. cover and roll it with rolling pin.

Make your crispy paratha.
