Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum and saute it.

Add sauces and black pepper toss it.

Keep aside and cool it.

Take a roll sheet fill this mixture and bind it.

Heat oil in a wok add spring rolls and deep fry till golden in colour.
