Healthily Yum soya chunks and mixed veggies cutlets , rich in essential nutrients, protein and full of dietary fiber ..good for growth and development of kids
Steps

First of all squeeze out excess water from soaked soya chunks and churn (grind) them in a mixer grinder
- 2
In a mixing bowl take ground soya chunks, mashed potato, grated beetroot, grated pumpkin, little Garam Masala, salt according to taste, mashed potato and ginger garlic paste

Mix well all the ingredients and give them shape of cutlet, here I have given the heart shape. Later, apply breadcrumbs on cutlets by gentle pressing

Heat some oil on non stick Pan and Shallow fry all the cutlet from both sides, till golden brown and done

Protein pack cutlets are ready, pack in your kids tiffin
