5prunes boiled in half cup of water until soft
1banana
2 teaspoonHoney

First boil the prunes in water and keep aside to cool then blend a banana with the prunes and it’s water in s juicer jar blend till smooth.

Then add honey to it.

After the second step add milk to it and serve shake chill.
