Ingredients

  • 2-3medium carrots slit lengthwise
  • 1.5 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 TSPpepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TSPparsley to sprinkle
  • 1/2 TSPred chilli powder (optional)
  • 1/4 TSPgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil, salt and spice powders to carrots in a bowl. Toss well

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray

  3. 3

    Place carrots on baking tray without overlapping each other

  4. 4

    Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy

  5. 5

    Sprinkle parsley and serve with sauce or mayonnaise
