Steps

Cook the pomo till is soft with onion and salt.cut the okro and remove the bones from the smoked fish.

Put water and red oil to boil very well then put the smoked fish and pomo.Put crayfish,Fresh pepper and salt.

After 15minutes put royco cubes then the okro.cook it for 5minutes is ready.

Put a tea bag of Lipton in warm water.
