Ingredients

  • 1 big bowl Wash and soak poha
  • 1big size chopped onion
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 cuppeanut
  • 2 tsprosted peanut powder
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • 2 tspgrated coconut
  • 1cut lemon
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in to a pan add onion, peanut and saute till light brown then add curry leaves, chilli, turmeric powder, soak poha,rosted peanut powder, sugar, salt and mix it well and cook 1 minute then off the flame

  2. 2

    Kande pohe is redy to serve it serve hot with coriander, coconut, and lemon slice
