Not my recipe...was on box of instant potato box...but its yummy.

Preheat oven to 375°F

Rinse chicken in cold water. Drain but do not dry

Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with nonstick spray

In plastic bag add potato flakes and seasoned salt...mix well
- 5
Melt butter and coat chicken with butter
- 6
Place 1 piece of chicken in bag...shake until well coated.
- 7
Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining pieces.

Bake for 30 min or until chicken is no longer pink
