Ingredients

  • 4Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cupinstant mashed potato flakes
  • 1 1/4 tspseasoned salt
  • 6 tbspmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Rinse chicken in cold water. Drain but do not dry

  3. 3

    Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with nonstick spray

  4. 4

    In plastic bag add potato flakes and seasoned salt...mix well

  5. 5

    Melt butter and coat chicken with butter

  6. 6

    Place 1 piece of chicken in bag...shake until well coated.

  7. 7

    Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining pieces.

  8. 8

    Bake for 30 min or until chicken is no longer pink
