Steps

In a bowl add 1 tsp yeast and warm water.

Add sugar

Rest yeast mixture for 10 minutes.

After yeast activated add maida.

Add salt,oil mix well.

Add milk,butter and knead a dough

Add butter and make a soft dough.

Add oil and tuck the dough and rest for 1 hour.

After 1 hour dough get double in size.

Punch the dough.

And divide the dough in to a small balls.

Roll the dough into cylinder shape and make a knot.

And give a bird shape and for eyes use black pepper.

Make a feather design with fork.

Take bird shape dough in a grease tawa and again cover and rest fir 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes brush the bun with milk.

Preheat the oven on 180℃ and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes bird shap bun is ready to serve.
