Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspOlive oil
  2. 1Onion, chopped
  3. 2Bell Peppers, chopped
  4. 1/2Poblamo pepper, chopped
  5. 1 lbGround Round
  6. 1 tbspBeef boullion
  7. 1/2 cupHot water
  8. 3 cupCooked rice
  9. 1Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven 350°

  2. 2

    Saute onion and peppers in oil

  3. 3

    Add ground round and brown

  4. 4

    In a sauce pan heat and desolive boullion and water

  5. 5

    Mix boullion, rice and beef mixture, scoop into a casserole dish, cover and bake for 50 min

  6. 6

    Add cheese, bake uncovered for 7 min
