1 tbspOlive oil
1Onion, chopped
2Bell Peppers, chopped
1/2Poblamo pepper, chopped
1 lbGround Round
1 tbspBeef boullion
1/2 cupHot water
3 cupCooked rice
1Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Heat oven 350°

Saute onion and peppers in oil

Add ground round and brown

In a sauce pan heat and desolive boullion and water

Mix boullion, rice and beef mixture, scoop into a casserole dish, cover and bake for 50 min

Add cheese, bake uncovered for 7 min
