Heat oil in a pan add fish pieces in two batches

Till heat when it change the colour it means turned into whit colour from both sides

Take out fish and in same oil sauté onion till transparent add ginger garlic curry leaves and sauté till raw smell goes off

Now add tomato and green chilli sauté 2 minutes now add fish pieces and all dry ingredients

Take 1/2 cup coconut milk and add 1 cup of water cook till fish soft

Switch off the gas and add left 1/2 cup coconut milk and stir it softly no need to heat again

Now garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with appam, nan and roti.
