500 gFish pieces
1 tbspLemon juice
5-6Curry leaves
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspRoasted whole red chilli powder
1/2 tspRoasted coriander powder
2Green chilli
1 tbspGinger garlic paste -
to tasteSalt
as neededOil for frying

Marinate fish with turmeric powder,roasted coriander powder,roasted whole red chilli powder,ginger garlic poate,lemon juice and salt.

Rest for half an hour.

Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Shallow fry the fish pieces.

Add green chill and curry leaves.

Fry both the sides.

Serve hot.
