Cook sausage

Trim crust from bread and flatten

In bowl whisk eggs , milk, cinnamon and vanilla

Roll each sausage in bread and trim to fit

Heat pan over medium heat add butter

Dunk each roll into egg mix, coat evenly, let excess drip off and place in pan

When bottom is browned turn with tongs and brown on all sides

Serve with maple syrup for dunking
