Stuff mirchi with Ghathia

First take oil soda nwater in aparaat and beat well. now add acarrom seeds and asoforteia mix well nadd besan salt mix properly and make a dough. and put in a ghathia machine. nmake directly on a pan. on mid. flame

Allow ghathia to cool and crumble with hand. and add crush fennal seeds asofortiea lemon juice corriender chopped and black salt mix properly and rest it for 1/2hr.

Now take a big mirchi and wipe with a cloth and slit from middle and remove veins and deseeds and stuff ghathia mixture and rest it for 1hr. so allmasala merged with mirchi.

Yummy tasty stuff mirchi with ghathia is ready to serve.
