Ingredients

  • 2 cupGram flour
  • 2Cucumber
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate cucumber.

  2. 2

    Make a smooth batter of gramflour salt and chilli powder.add grated cucumber.

  3. 3

    Heat tva spred batter in round motion with a spoon.apply oil all over.up side down.fry till golden brown. Serve hot with sauce.
