Steps

Add powered sugar in strained gram flour,also add baking powder and mix well.add cadomam powder in it and mix again.

Now add ghee and knead dough.keep some amount of ghee and add when required.mix well with your hand.

Dough is ready, make sure the dough is not dry or thin in consistency.

For making na khatai we need heavy bottom utensil like pressure pan.add 300 to 400 gm salt,spread the salt evenly all around, cover the utensil and allow it to get warm.

For making nankhatai take a plate which can be placed easily in the utensil.grease the plate with some ghee.

Take little amount of dough roll and flatten like nankhatai and place in plate.,pieces of almond over tham and press gently.

Utensil is hot, place a stand in to it,now place the plate over it.cover the utensil.

Bring the low flame and cook for 15 minutes.

Take out the plate now allow them to get frigid and then take separate out them from plate.
