Ingredients

  • 1 cupboil rice
  • 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cupbell peppers
  • 1/2carrot chopped
  • 1/2spring onions with leaves chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • Oil to fry
  • Black pepper as required
  • 1 tspMaida (as required)
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • For gravy
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1Onions chopped
  • 1Green capsicum cut in cubes
  • 2 tspSoya sauce
  • 2 tspRed sauce
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • 2 tspCornflour (add little water in cornflour and make paste of it)
  • 2 cupWater for gravy
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt per taste
  • 1 tspTomato ketchup
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    First in bowl take boil rice,add Ginger garlic paste, all chopped veggies along sauces and salt black pepper make and make bowls of it deep fry it and keep aside rice Manchurian is ready

  2. 2

    For gravy take pan add oil Ginger garlic paste and onions capsicum cook in high flame and cook it add sauces along water salt black pepper and give one boil then at last add cornflour paste in it and add Manchurian ball and garnish with spring onions with leaves
