Take a bowl add maida,baking soda,besan,dahi and hot pure ghee mix well add water and make a semi thick batter,take a 30 minutes rest.

Take a pan add sugar,water and cardamom powder make a sugar syrup.

After 30 minutes one tym beat a jalebi batter and batter pour in sauce bottle.

Take a heavy bottom flat surface pan add ghee,then ghee hot make a jalebi fry in both sides.

After frying jalebi dip in sugar syrup.

Serve hot hot jalebi.
