Steps

Mash the Potato and banana well

Mix gram flour,1/2 tsp ginger paste 1 pinch garam masala powder,1/4 tsp red chilli Powder,salt and sugar into it

Mix well and form balls

Heat oil and deep fry the balls and keep aside

Now fry the Potatoes and keep aside

Add oil temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add all the masalas and ginger paste and saute well

Add tomato puree and saute well till oil separates

Add Potatoes and combine well

Now add water and simmer till the Potatoes get soft

Now add sugar and the koftas

Boil well and add garam masala powder

Serve it with rice
