Soaked all dal for over night or 5-6 hours.

Make paste of ginger garlic and red chilli

Grind tomato.

Cook dal in pressure cooker with 1 tbsp ghee, salt to taste, half ginger garlic paste and 5 cup of water.

After 1 whistle sim the flame. And cook for 40 minutes.

In a pan heat ghee add grind tomato. And cook until it become thick or ghee start separate, add remain ginger garlic and chilli paste. Garam masala,coriander powder and cook for few minutes.

Pour this tomato masala on dal cook for 5 minutes on low flame add butter and kasoori methi cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Add cream and nutmeg powder. Off the stove. Garnish with coriander leave and cream.

Serve with butter naan, /tandoori roti / lachha parantha
