Gather all ingredients

Butter the bread on both sides

Cut the onion into slices and cook it in a non stick pan with alittle oil

Add in the shredded bacon

Continue stirring add alittle seasoning i used soy sauce n sugar

When the bacon cooks remove from the pan

Next toast the bread in the pan till brown then turn side

Apply tomato sauce on one slice
- 9
Arrange the bacon n onion on the other bread
- 10
Put the tomato sauce bread on the other bread and cut into triangle
- 11
Serve with avocado puree n tomato rose
