In a pan boil milk & add handful of soaked rice & keep stirring with laddle. It doesn't stick to the bottom.

After 15-20 minutes add sugar & keep stirring continuously & scrap all sides of pan. When it becomes thick add more Milk to it. And keep stirring as well

At the end add crushed cardamom. Mix well. Rice kheer is ready

Divide Kheer into three pans. For orange colour add saffron which I soaked in hot water for 10 minutes. Now add red tutti fruti to it.mix well

For the Green colour add 1-2 drops of green food colour & Green tutti fruti.mix well. For the white part add some desicnated coconut & mix

Now take big bowl add Green colour kheer & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until it's set. After that add white kheer. Spread with spatula. Again refrigerate.

For final part add orange colour kheer to it & refrigerate. Garnish with descinated coconut & tutti fruti

Tricolour rice kheer is ready to served
