  1. Broth water (bouillion water)
  2. broth cubes + onions + garlic + pimento + bayleaves
  3. Lemon grass + ginger + Laos
  4. Chicken breast (kipfilet)
  5. Fried unions (gebakken uitjes)
  6. bean sprouts (tauge)
  7. Fried chips (mini frietjes chips)
  8. Deep fried noodles (gebakken mie)
  9. Boiled eggs (gekookte eieren)
  10. Fresh parley (verse peterselie) of celery
  11. hot sauce = soya sauce sweet and sour + hot peppers

    For the broth water 5 liter water in the pan. Heat it up and than put all the ingredients for the broth water in the water.

    Boil the chicken breast in hot water. fluff it into pieces and then fry in a pan to taste. season it with pepper, salt and a little bit of sweet soya sauce.
