Ingredients

  • For making gravy
  • 1diced onion
  • 1slit green chillies
  • 1tspn chopped ginger and garlic
  • 2 spooncornflour slurry
  • 1 spoonsoya sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • For making balls
  • 2 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 cupschopped veggies
  • 1 cupCabbage, carrots, capsicum
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First chopped vegetables

    Add All purpose flour to vegetables and salt and make dough

    Make balls and fry it and keep aside

    Now make gravy...heat oil put chilli ginger garlic and onion,add water and soy sauce let it boil add salt and cornflour slurry

    Add the balls and let it rest till balls get soft

    Serve it hot with with roti
