Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupPoha (soaked for 15 minutes)
  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized potato finely chopped
  • 1 tbspcrush peanuts, dry coconut powder
  • 1 tbsplime juice and sugar
  • 3-4green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves for garnish
  • leavesCurry
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspmustard and cumin seeds

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the oil in kadhai and give a tadka of mustard and cumin seeds

  2. 2

    Add onion, potatoes, green chillies and curry leaves cook it till potatoes become soft

  3. 3

    Now add lime juice and sugar mix it

  4. 4

    Add crushed peanuts and coconut powder

  5. 5

    Then add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and lastly add poha

  6. 6

    Mix it well..

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Enjoy it with tea in breakfast
