Ingredients

  • 1onion, chopped
  • 500 gmacaroni
  • 1carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • Few leaves of fresh parsley
  • 8 spoonsmayonnaise
  • 1 cubechicken stock
  • Water to boil macaroni
  • 2 spoonsoil to fry

    Boil macaroni as packet instructions

  2. 2

    In a pan fry onion, green pepper

  3. 3

    Add grated carrot, stir add chicken stock cube

  4. 4

    Add the mixture in the dry and cool macaroni then add mayonnaise mix well and serve
