I found some cheap steak on sale at Kroger and couldn't figure out what to do with it. Stir fry is my go to dish , so I figured , why not.

I found some cheap steak on sale at Kroger and couldn't figure out what to do with it. Stir fry is my go to dish , so I figured , why not.

Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. 2green bell pepper
  3. 2 packagessliced mushrooms
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbspWeber Chicago steak seasoning
  6. 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  7. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Worcestershire sauce ,salt , and Weber Chicago steak seasoning together in a bowl.

    Rinse steak and pat dry.

  3. 3

    Add steak to the bowl with marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add olive oil to pan on high. Add steak to fry each side 3-4 minutes .

  5. 5

    Turn off pan and cover with a lid for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove lid and place steak on as plate. Cut steaks in cubes and set aside.

  7. 7

    Coarse chop bell peppers and onions. Add them to the pan and sautee them for 5 minutes.

    Add mushrooms to pan for 3 minutes . Add the steak back to the pan .

  9. 9

    Serve 'as is' or with rice.
