  • 1 kgmixed portion
  • Halfhead broccoli
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes grated
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tbspBenny spice
  • 4 clovesgarlic minced
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade chicken with garlic and paprika & Benny spice in a bowl

  2. 2

    In a pot fry onion and rajah

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and carrot

  4. 4

    Chop broccoli and add simmer for 10min and serve. Note I don't add water in my stew
