  1. 1 kgmixed portion
  2. Halfhead broccoli
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2tomatoes grated
  5. 1carrot chopped
  6. 1 tsprajah
  7. 1 tsppaprika
  8. 1 tbspBenny spice
  9. 4 clovesgarlic minced
  10. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade chicken with garlic and paprika & Benny spice in a bowl

  2. 2

    In a pot fry onion and rajah

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and carrot

  4. 4

    Chop broccoli and add simmer for 10min and serve. Note I don't add water in my stew
