In a bowl add thin Poha, chopped onion, grated coconut, lemon juice, sugar and salt.

Mix it nicely with hands.

Rest it for 30 minutes so all juices from onion and lemon mix thoroughly and Poha becomes soft.

In a pan add oil. Add mustard seeds when hot. Add peanuts, chilli, curry leaves. Add turmeric to it.

Add this to Poha mixture. Mix well.

Garnish with coriander.

Dadpe pohe is ready to serve.
