Ingredients

  1. 1 pkgLight Cream Cheese
  2. 1/4 cupFresh Parmesan Cheese
  3. 1 TbFresh Romano Cheese
  4. 1/2 cupFresh Cheddar Cheese
  5. 4.5 ozFrozen Spinach
  6. 1 TbFinely Chopped Red Pepper
  7. 1 TbFinely Chopped Red Onion

Steps

45 Minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    Defrost and squeeze dry spinach.

  3. 3

    Combine cream cheese, Parmesan, and Romano until well mixed.

  4. 4

    Add red bell pepper and red onion until just mixed in.

  5. 5

    Mix in spinach.

  6. 6

    Transfer mixture to ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese.

  7. 7

    Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. 

  8. 8

    Remove dish from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with baked pita wedges.
