  • 1whole ripe plantain
  • 1/2avocado pear
  • 1 tsphoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the ripe plantain till very soft

  2. 2

    Allow to cool a little then Put in a blender, dice the avocado pear then blend with a little water till its creamy

  3. 3

    Pour in a plate, add honey to the amount you want to feed your baby and see her gobble it.
