As per tasteRed chilli
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspGaram masala

Fry the masala (onion, tomato, garlic, ginger), till golden brown

Add Salt,red chilli, turmetic, garam masala & fry

Add curd and bottlegourd

Let it cook and and some more curd after that..

Let it dry and juicy bottlegourd is ready to serve
