Make a paste of onion, and tomato.

Heat oil in a pan

Add onion and tomato paste and saute

Then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder cumin and pepper powder.

Then add chopped barbatti and potatoes.

Cover the lid let it cook until soft and tender.

Serve with chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
