Ingredients

  • 4 slicebread
  • 1/2 cupmawa
  • 1/4 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupnariyal chura
  • 1/4 cupmilkmaid
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 1paan crushed
  • as neededMix tutti fruity
  • 1/4 cupmilk for soaking

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the bread in milk. Heat the pan and add butter

  2. 2

    Add mawa and roast it slightly

  3. 3

    Add milk powder

  4. 4

    Add milkmaid and soaked bread

  5. 5

    Mix and add nariyal chura and green colour

  6. 6

    As it thickens remove from the heat and cool down

  7. 7

    Shape it in modaks
