Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 200 gramall purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoonoil
  3. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 100 gramFrench beans
  6. 100 gramcarrot Julian's
  7. 2onions
  8. 1 cupcabbage Julian's
  9. 1/2 cupspring onions chopped
  10. 2 teaspoonsoya sauce
  11. 2 teaspoonchilli sauce
  12. 1 teaspoonsalt
  13. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  14. as neededOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the flour in a pot

  2. 2

    Add oil,vinegar and salt

  3. 3

    Knead the soft dough just like that of chapati

  4. 4

    Keep covered for rest for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Now in a pan put 2 teaspoon oil

  6. 6

    Add chopped onions and spring onions

  7. 7

    Add Julian's of carrots and beans

  8. 8

    Add cabbage

  9. 9

    Add soya sauce and chilli sauce

  10. 10

    Add salt and pepper powder

  11. 11

    Mix well

  12. 12

    The vegetables should remain crunchy

  13. 13

    Turn off the flame

  14. 14

    Now roll the small portion of dogh very thin

  15. 15

    Spread 2 teaspoons of filling

  16. 16

    Fold the sides and fix by skirt
    Fold in a roll

  17. 17

    Deep fry on slow flame till golden and crispy

  18. 18

    Serve hot
