Cut the yam into desired shape wash it and put inside a pot,add water and cook it till soft and set aside

Break your eggs and set aside,cut your onion pepper and scotch bonnet into small pieces,

Prepare a pan,put oil and then add your chopped vegetables and stir untill translucent add spices and whisk the eggs and pour it inside the pan,stir consistently untiil well combined.
