Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves now add mashed potatoes along with green chilli, Ginger, red chilli, garam masala, dry mango powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and let it cook for 2-3 minute.

Allow the mixture to cool. Take the mixture and make cutlets.

Take maids, salt, pepper, corn flour and grated cheese and mix them well add water to make a tight dough.

Roll into a roti and cut strips with a knife.

Now take the cutlet and apply the maida strips in the form of the cross and place one cashew on it.

Keep it in the fridge for about 30 min. After 30 min deep fry the cutlets on medium flame till golden brown.

Finally serve cutlet with tomato ketchup.
