  • 1 tbspnyoghurt
  • Fish
  • 1/2tspn Curry Powder
  • 1/2tspn Cinnamon
  • 1/2tspn Garam Masala
  • 1/2tspn Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4tspn Ginger Powder
  • 2Lemon Juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the fish,remove any scales and wash it very well.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl,mix the spices and the yoghurt

  3. 3

    Marinate the fish with the lemon, salt and the spices.leave for 2 hrs or more covered.
