Complete Punjabi platter meal
Steps

For palak PANEER cut and boil palak then make a puree

In a pan put some oil add JEERA onion saute then add tomato saute add green puree put small pcs paneer and all ingredients then serve

For chana take a frying pan fry onion then put of it flame then in a mixing jar add fried onion tomato and all ingredients

Again in a pan put some oil fry ur paste then add chole and saute till it shown o from it then add required water and serve with rice or kulcha

For DAL MAKHANI boil black whole dal such is soaked overnight

In a pan put oil add garlic for frying put puree then DAL then all above ingredients cover and cook it untill it becomes soft

Add water if required serve with naan or JEERA rice.
