Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/2 kgbeef cut into large chunks
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 1medium sized onion
  4. 1 tsptomato paste
  5. 2grated garlic cloves
  6. Ginger
  7. Salt
  8. Yellow &Green pepper
  9. Vegetable oil
  10. 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown your beef till the water dries up

  2. 2

    Add oil then onions and keep frying till golden brown, then add in your garlic.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and tomato paste.

    Add water while stirring to form a paste

  5. 5

    Add in the carrots and peppers when beef softens and let it simmer.

    Add Corriander leaves and serve after 3 mins.
