Ingredients

  1. 2 cupred beans boiled
  2. 3onion paste form
  3. 4tomatoes paste
  4. 6 tbspginger garlic chilli paste
  5. Masalas
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  9. 2 tbspmeat masala
  10. 1 tbspdegi mirch
  11. 4 tbsplemon juice
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Coriander for garnish
  14. Oil for tadka
  15. 1/4th tsp of Afestodia

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai, make gravy masala,add oil put Afestodia. allow to crackle

  2. 2

    Now add onion saute till golden brown,then add g.g. paste

  3. 3

    Saute 10 min.till raw smell evaporates.

  4. 4

    Now add tomatoes stir it,for a while.

  5. 5

    Now add all the masalas one by one.saute till masalas sperates the oil.

  6. 6

    Now add boiled beans into the masala,add water according to the desired consistency.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with chappaties with and this goes well with zeera rice or with boil rice.
