Mashed bananas

Wash your green bananas in running water (because we are not pealing)

Put them in a sufuria (without peeling to give them the required taste? and steam

When ready, peel them.

Add some blue band and salt,and mash them gently until you get this.

Serve them with your favorite stew. I served mine with meat stew and spinach. So yummy.
