In a bowl, take all-purpose flour, oil and salt. Knead the soft dough by adding little by little water to it. Cover the dough and set aside for one hour.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute, Then add onions and saute chopped veggies and saute for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt. Mix well and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame and add chopped spring onions. Mix well and set aside.

Take the Kneaded dough and knead the dough again for 1 minute. Divide the dough into small equal portions like small round ball. Take each ball, dust in flour and roll on the rolling board using a roller into a thin circle of about 3-4 inch. Roll thin from sides and keep the center portion a little thick.

Place little stuffing in center and fold it to make a momos shape or potly shape, Lift the egdes from one side and start pleating. Join them in center to seal it.
Heat the water in a steamer or deep pan. - 6
Grease the steaming plate with little oil. Arrange the momos on greased plate with some space around them. Place the stand in steamer and place the steamer plate on it. Cover the lid and let them steam on medium flame for about 7-8 minutes till they look translucent and shiny.

Check them by touching it, if they don't feel sticky it is cooked properly. Serve hot with Momos Chutney.
