Steps

  1. 1

    Separate eggs. For one bowl 4 egg yolks and 1 egg. The other bowl 4 egg whites

    Season to taste: today I put 1/3 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, pinch of Dashi powder for each bowl. And mix.

    Use square pan, cook egg york mixture. And roll.

    Put egg white mixture and roll.

    Then repeat again.

    Cook all egg mixture.
