  • Pieceschicken(1 chicken)
  • All purpose flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil enough for deep fry
  • Egg yellow
  • to tasteSalt
  • Crushed Ginger
  • Crushed garlic
  • Vinegar
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the chicken.

  2. 2

    Then boil it, after it soft set aside.

  3. 3

    Bit the egg,dust chicken piece one by one with flour then egg and breadcrumbs make sure is well coated

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown

  5. 5

    You can serve it with chips
