Grease the baking pan with oil

In a bowl,beat condensed milk with butter till it is well mixed,

Add flour to the mixture of condensed milk and butter

Mix well using a spatula or wooden spoon til it is like this

Take small amount of the mixture using a spoon and arrange then on the baking try,,,
